At Innovative Periodontics & Dental Implants, our skilled doctors and caring staff are dedicated to providing you with trusted and thorough periodontal services right here in Santa Rosa, CA. We truly care about your dental health and want you to feel confident that every treatment is handled responsibly and thoughtfully. To help you plan your investment in your smile, we’ve clearly outlined our payment policies below.
Emergency & Single-Visit Payments
We require full payment at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, money orders, credit cards, and outside financing options. Also, seniors aged 65 and older enjoy a 5% discount when paying by cash or check.
Multiple Visit Payment Options
Option 1: Open Account Payment Plans — Spread your treatment fees over two or three equal payments for easier budgeting. The first payment (one-third of the total) is due at treatment, followed by the second payment one month later, and the final payment two months later. Payments are made via autopay for convenience.
Option 2: Outside Financing — For extended payment plans, we accept cash, personal checks, bank drafts, or credit cards. We proudly partner with Cherry and CareCredit. Cherry lets you apply in under a minute without impacting your credit, allowing you to spread out payments comfortably. CareCredit is a trusted healthcare financing provider. Our knowledgeable staff is here to answer any questions—simply call us at (707) 525-0555 or fax 707-525-0665. Our office is conveniently located at 1416 Townview Lane. Please reach out if you have any questions or want to request an appointment.
Insurance Information
Our experienced insurance coordinators work with many insurance providers offering various dental and medical plans. Since insurance benefits, co-pays, and deductibles can change frequently, we do our best to give you accurate coverage estimates based on the info we receive. Sometimes it’s tough to predict exact co-payments because insurers often don’t release fees until after treatment. We appreciate you keeping us updated on any insurance changes so your info stays current.
While we’re happy to file claims for you, you might find claims processed faster when you submit them directly. Keep in mind most dental insurance plans cover only a portion of your needed procedures.
Private & Group Insurance
As a courtesy, we submit claim forms, receipts, and necessary info to your insurance company. Typically, insurers have 30 days to review claims and send reimbursements directly to you.
HMO and Medicare Patients
We do not participate as an HMO provider and do not accept Medicare.
