The caring way I was treated, helped me feel comfortable, as I was scared. Dr. Jay’s compassionate phone call in the evening made me feel safe, protected, and that I really mattered to him. The whole staff made me feel that way. I had recently had grafts there, but this was an emergency visit for a cracked molar. I was seen the morning after I called, went immediately to the endodontist as advised, who saved my tooth, who also said he wished they could clone Dr. Jay. Thank you all for accompanying me, every step of the way!

I have had many unpleasant experiences with regular dentists and was sure that a visit to the periodontist would be a horror show. Instead, I experienced kindness, concern, professionalism, and empathy. Jenn is an amazing presence and a super skilled technician.

The office is welcoming. I especially like the year round fire place and extensive selection of magazines. Clerical staff & hygieness team are attentive & professional. And a nice rest room… Classy!

I was anxious prior to surgery and I can honestly say I had no reason whatsoever. Procedure was painless and the hardest part was not speaking for 2 days.

Dr. Jay is the best perio doc in sonoma county, with the best office staff-cannot get any better! I continue care with this doctor, and trust him completely to continue handling the challenging case that I have presented to him! Thank you to a wonderful staff!
